UAE has announced 796 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total cases to 22,627 and there are 14,482 active cases, according to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP).
MoHAP also reported 603 recoveries from COVID-19, taking the total recoveries in the country to 7,931.
MoHAP noted 4 new COVID-19 related deaths, taking the death toll to 214.
The new cases were detected after conducting more than 35,735 additional COVID-19 tests among UAE citizens and residents over the past few days.
