The General Directorate of Traffic (GDT) has introduced a drone for a multi-language awareness campaign for road users to promote traffic safety.
The campaign was launched with the increase in sports activities of walking and riding bicycles among citizens to promote safe crossing and other riding safety instructions, especially for group riders, urging them to follow the rules against the spreading of coronavirus.
The drone is also involved in highlighting the wrong parking.
The traffic department asserted the importance of all road users to follow traffic rules for their safety.
