Riyadh : Transportation and Telecommunications Minister Mohammed bin Thamer Al Kaabi and the accompanying delegation attend the opening of the second edition of the International Technical Conference (LEAP 2023).
The event which is being held in Riyadh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is being attended by more than 900 speakers from different countries of the world.
The conference addresses key topics, such as the digital economy, financial technologies, smart cities, clean technology, as well as other issues related to innovation in the field of information technology.
The minister commended the Saudi role in the communications and information technology sector, stressing the importance of the conference as a platform for technology companies and investments, and key player in the digital transformation.
The minister visited Bahrain’s pavilion in the exhibition, being held on the sidelines of the conference. Twenty-four companies specialized in the field of communications and information technology are taking part, including 4 startups.
