    First Batch of Bahrain Citizens Arrive from Iran

    The Ministry of Health announced the arrival of the first batch of citizens within the plan to evacuate Bahraini citizens from Iran today, safely and in accordance with precautionary measures in a manner that guarantees their safety and the safety of the citizens and residents in Bahrain. They were subjected to laboratory tests conducted under supervision by a specialized team upon arrival, and were moved to precautionary quarantine centers or isolation and treatment centres in accordance with the guidelines and standards approved by the World Health Organisation.

    The ministry added that work is in progress in coordination with relevant authorities to evacuate the remaining citizens on schedule, as per the evacuation plan. The authorities have further confirmed the willingness of all medical personnel and their keenness to provide the highest levels of efficiency in the treatment provided to all citizens arriving from Iran.
