The coronavirus pandemic has entered a “new and dangerous phase” as daily COVID-19 cases hit record highs, the World Health Organization warned Friday. Oman Royal Hospital have recovered an 85-year-old man and his 79-year-old wife after being infected with COVID-19. The Directorate-General of Health Services in Muscat said in a statement on Friday. Saudi Arabia has reported 4,301 new cases and 45 deaths from coronavirus, taking the total cases to 150,292. The death toll raised to 1,184 after reporting the new deaths. Meanwhile, 1,849 patients fully recovered from the virus, bringing the total recoveries to 95,764.
