Saudi Arabia has reported 2,399 new coronavirus infections during the past 24 hours, raising the total to 72,560, according to the health ministry. There were 2,284 recoveries on Thursday, taking the overall number of recovered cases to 43,520, according to the MOH. Bahrain has reported 291 new COVID-19 cases, of which 188 are among expatriate workers and 103 are contacts of active cases. These new cases bring up the total cases in the kingdom to 9,093 and there are 4,499 active cases of which 8 are critical and the rest stable, according to the Ministry of Health.  There are currently 30 COVID-19 cases receiving treatment.
