The Ministry of Health (MOH) on Wednesday has registered 58 new coronavirus (COVID-19) active cases, of which 50 are expatriate workers, 7 are contacts of active cases and 1 was repatriated by the ICRP, taking the total active cases to 1,491.
Bahrain has so far tested over 124,591 people.
MOH pointed out 60 new recoveries from the virus, taking the total recoveries to 1,370 with 8 deaths.
