Oman’s Ministry of Health today announced the death of a resident aged 31, who had been suffering from coronavirus (COVID-19) disease. This brings the total number of COVID-19 related death cases in the Sultanate to 18.
The Ministry extended its condolences to the bereaved’s family, praying to the Almighty Allah to have mercy on the deceased’s soul.
Earlier today, the Ministry announced the registration of 322 new positive cases with Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Sultanate. 80 of the new cases are for Omanis and (242) cases for non-Omanis.
