Manama : The Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club (REHC) will hold the season’s 15th race on Friday, January 13.
The race will be held over the cups of His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Chairman of the REHC High Committee, and His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, as well as those of their sons, His Highness Shaikh Hamad bin Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and His Highness Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
The race, which will be held at REHC’s racecourse in Raffa, Sakhir, will also feature rounds over Al-Adiyat and “The Huntsman” cups.
The 15th REHC race will also include the fifth and sixth rounds of the Bahrain Turf Series, which are organised by REHC and sponsored by EDB, Alba, Batelco, NBB, BBK, Al Salam Bank, GFH Financial Group, Sayacorp and the Bahrain Jewellery Centre, with the participation of owners, trainers and horses from all over the world.
The Bahrain Turf Series consists of 10 rounds, each two held within REHC’s weekly races.
