    RHF Secretary-General receives Arab Child Parliament Speaker

    Bahrain :  Secretary-General of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed Al-Amin, has stressed that the unwavering support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, RHF Honorary President, to the affiliates of the RHF has enabled them to attain multiple landmark achievements, and become leading personalities who will serve the kingdom in various fields.

    He also praised the constant support of the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to the RHF, paying tribute to the leader of the RHF’s humanitarian work, the Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, for his dedicated efforts in boosting the Foundation’s humanitarian efforts.

    Al-Sayed was speaking while receiving here today student Ritaj Ibrahim Al-Abbasi, following her election as Speaker of the Sharjah-based Arab Child Parliament.

    Al-Abbasi, a student at Hidd Secondary Girls’ School, won 52% of the votes during the elections, held virtually, outperforming 12 candidates from other Arab countries.

    The RHF Secretary-General congratulated Ritaj Al-Abbasi on her landmark victory, noting that she is one of the RHF’s affiliates, and has been known for her distinction and ambition, wishing her further success.

    He affirmed that she is a source of pride for all Bahrainis, expressing confidence in her ability to represent the kingdom in the best way, thanks to her leadership spirit, good reputation and great ambition.
