    2022 Strength Week Kicks off in Bahrain

    Bahrain : The  2022 Strength Week has kicked off under the theme “Be a Beast”.

    On this occasion, HH Shaikh Khalid said: “We are keen to implement the directives of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain to continue the efforts that aim to affirm Bahrain’s leading position in the sports field through hosting and organising sports events,”

    Organised by His Highness Media Office in collaboration with Bahrain Weightlifting Federation and KHK Sports, the event is taking place in the period between March 21-26, 2022. It’s part of HH Shaikh Khalid’s sports initiatives.

    On this occasion, HH Shaikh Khalid said: “We are keen to implement the directives of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain to continue the efforts that aim to affirm Bahrain’s leading position in the sports field through hosting and organising sports events,”

    His Highness continued: “Holding the 2022 Strength Week comes to add to the successes achieved in the previous edition as it embodies the vision we drew up in order to boost various sports and strive towards pushing the efforts for encouraging investments in the area of sports via the creation of sports entertainment through sports tourism,”

    It’s worth noting that the first day of the event featured 60 participants who competed in the CrossFit contest.
