“Most of the ministries have turned electronically 100% so there is an incredible change without reducing the basic services. Court cases have been transformed into electronic as well. The ID card have been transformed electronically a month and a half ago. The statistics have doubled for the users where more than 19,000 services have been converted online” said Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA), Mohammed Ali Al Qaed.
