The Bahrain Ministry of Health announced 113 new COVID-19 recoveries and has registered 72 new active cases, of which 47 are among expatriate workers and 25 are contacts of active cases.
Bahrain has recorded 2 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Bahrain tested a total of 228,573 until now. There are 3,890 active cases. These include 3,887 stable cases and 3 critical cases. 2,753 people have been discharged. Only 12 deaths have been reported until now. This takes the total cases in Bahrain to 6,655.
The Ministry of Health announced on Saturday the death of a 67-year-old male Bahraini national, a registered active case of coronavirus (COVID-19) suffering from underlying and chronic health problems.
