Bahrain has reported 141 new COVID-19 cases, among 105 expatriate workers and 34 contacts and 2 were travel-related, this takes today’s total cases to 193.
These newly registered cases bring up the total cases in the kingdom to 9,366 and there are 4,414 active cases of which 9 are critical and the rest stable, according to the Ministry of Health.
There are currently 24 COVID-19 cases receiving treatment.
MOH also reported 22 new recoveries from COVID-19, taking today’s recoveries to 185. This brings the total recoveries in the country to 4,938.
Bahrain has so far conducted 286,223 COVID-19 tests for the early detection of the virus.
So far Bahrain has reported 14 fatalities due to health complications.
