Amateur world silver medalist Mohammed Salah AlMuamari will make his return to action after more than eight months away from competition. The Bahraini representative is set to take on Mohammad Tawfiq AlMharat, from Jordan, in an amateur bout opening up the fight card for BRAVE CF 44, which takes place in the Kingdom of Bahrain on November 5th.
Salah AlMuamari has had a brilliant career representing Bahrain and KHK MMA in the Flyweight division, earning several accolades in the amateur circuit, none greater than a silver medal in the 2018 IMMAF World Championships, which was hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The Flyweight fighter has also won other accolades, such as IMMAF African Championship silver medalist, and the bronze medal in the IMMAF Asian Championship.
He will face a tough test in his return, with AlMharat having an undefeated amateur record, winning all of his three amateur bouts so far in his blossoming career. The fight will serve as the opener for the event on Thursday.
BRAVE CF 44 will be headlined by the first defende of Lightweight world champion Cleiton ‘’Predator’’, who looks to break the curse of the division and become the first titleholder to successfully defend his crown. He will take on top contender, French-Tunisian Amin Ayoub.
