BRAVE Combat Federation has long identified Europe as one of the biggest markets for MMA. A continent with an immense love and tradition for sports, and full of talents in all of its corners, the European MMA scene was taken over by BRAVE CF in 2020, as the organization became the first and only international promotion to put on seven shows in a calendar year.
Since the company’s inception, hundreds of European fighters have plied their trade at BRAVE CF, which currently has 80+ fighters on its roster that come from 32 different countries.
”It’s difficult right now in Europe, due to covid-19, and BRAVE CF is giving this opportunity to the top fighters. I think they’re doing something great in Europe. The continent is getting more and more interested in the sport, and BRAVE CF is building a huge name in the region. There’s a lot of local organizations doing great things in their own countries here. But BRAVE CF is going all around and now fighters want to fight for BRAVE CF because they want to represent their countries in the European scene and in an organization like BRAVE CF”, says top Super Lightweight contender Benoit St. Denis.
But what prompted the influx of European events has been a steady improvement of the roster of the organization with new, flourishing stars from the continent mixing it up with established stars from around the world, providing them with a higher level of competition and leading them to new heights.
”This number shows what they’re going to do in Europe. It has changed fighters’ lives. Back home in the UK, high level guys want to be a part of BRAVE CF now, guys that are dominating other shows, they are all interested in BRAVE CF, they’re going to make a big splash”, says former BRAVE CF title challenger fighter Carl Booth.
At BRAVE CF 51: The Future Is Here, it will be time for the Belarusian stars to face off against international fighters and prove their worth amongst the best of the best. The likes of Denis Maher, Vadim Kutsyi, and Vladislav Novitskiy will have the opportunity to take the next step in their road to international stardom.
The groundbreaking show, hosted in association with Rukh Sport Management, is headlined by a Lightweight showdown that can lead another European stardom towards title contention. Germany’s Marcel Grabinski will have the opportunity to face off against Brazilian Lucas Martins, a former world champion, and a victory will leave him closer to adding his name to the list of European BRAVE CF champions, which counts with the likes of Eldar Eldarov, Abdoul Abdouraguimov, and Amin Ayoub.
