Cairo : His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa held a meeting with Egyptian Youth and Sports Minister Dr. Ashraf Sobhi.
Youth and Sports Affairs Minister Ayman bin Tawfiq Almoayyed also took part remotely in the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the visit of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to Egypt.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa hailed strong fraternal relations, supported by the directives of HM the King and Egyptian President Abdelfattah El-Sisi.
HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa stressed the importance of setting up a work team in order to strengthen cooperation and tap into youth potential.
He directed to bolster cooperation between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Hope Fund with Egypt’s Ministry of Youth and Sports to benefit from expertise in youth investments and support their potential through initiatives and projects.
Dr. Sobhi stressed his country’s keenness on enhancing bilateral relations, hailing Bahrain’s pivotal role in supporting constructive cooperation. He also lauded HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, leading role in promoting and empowering youth work.
Almoayyed also affirmed Bahrain’s keenness on stepping up youth cooperation with Egypt and expanding joint ties, based on HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s directives.
