Bahrain : Information Affairs Minister, Ali bin Mohammed Al-Romaihi, has praised the support of the First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, Chairman of the General Sports Authority and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, through the varied he launches.
HH Shaikh Khalid’s initiatives reflect HH’s interest in implementing the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to carry on efforts to create ideal conditions for empowering young people, and encouraging them to unleash their energies and creativity in a way that would enrich various areas of life, the minister said.
While visiting the site of the “Your Talent at Home” competition, Al-Romaihi stressed that the contest, which is one of the qualitative initiatives launched by HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad, is an incubator platform for the talented in the kingdom, as it paves the way for Bahraini youth to showcase their talent within a competitive atmosphere, which contributes to strengthening the confidence of the participants, motivates them to acquire more skills and fosters the values of love and harmony among the citizens of the same nation.
The Minister indicated that such competitions confirm the varied talents of Bahraini youth, which can be refined in a way that motivates them to participate in the development of various fields, stressing that the Ministry of Information Affairs is keen to harness all human capabilities and competencies to support all the initiatives launched by HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad in a manner that serves HH’s aspirations and goals aimed at serving the Bahraini society.
Al-Romaihi wished all participants in the competition every success.
