Bahrain : One of the leading motorcycle riding groups in Bahrain, *Pleasure Riders*, celebrated the 50th National Day of Bahrain by conducting a mega ride *‘Tribute to Bahrain’* which started from the Bahrain Mall and ended at Zallaq. The colorful ride was flagged off by H.E. Shri. Piyush Shrivastava, Ambassador of India to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Indian Embassy Second Secretary Shri. Ihjas Aslam and Indian Club President Shri. K.M. Cheriyan was also present in the flag off event. Rider Jaydev Menon delivered the welcome speech and Group Admin member Mr. Prasad Menon delivered the vote of thanks. Group Road Captain Mr. Umesh and other group admin members Arun Reghuvaran , Ajith Pillai, Renjith V Nair, , Nithin Neeliyara, Vinsu Koothappally, Arun Gopalakrishnan, Anup Simon and Jaison Varghese controlled the entire event.
H.E. Shri. Piyush Shrivastava in his short message congratulated the Bahrain government and the country for the 50th National Day. He said Bahrain is the second home for every Indian residing in Bahrain. He praised the rulers and the Bahrain government for its love and care for Indians in this land. He also asserted the importance of such clubs and its activities among the Indians in Bahrain. Indian Club president Shri. K.M. Cheriyan also praised the activities of PLEASURE RIDERS and he announced that the Indian Club would be planning some events for group rides very soon.
The ride started from Bahrain Mall after visiting numerous famous landmarks of Bahrain ended at Zallaq. The event was attended by riders and their families and friends. Bahrain roads and traffic rules are very safe for motorcycle riding and we welcome any riders who owns a motorcycle with a valid motorcycle license to our group for riding, PLEASURE RIDERS said.
