Manama: Bahrain Victorious cyclist Pello Bilbao won the third stage of the Tour Itzulia Basque which was held in the Basque province in Spain as part of the World Championship series. His Majesty the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa expressed his delight at the achievement. He praised the Bahrain Victorious’ victories which, he said, reflect the teams standing, potential and steady progress in its external cycling competitions.
He said that the team includes talented cyclists with great potential, hailed the squad’s outstanding efforts and keenness to implement the instructions of the technical staff and follow the plan set in continuing to win the first places. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa praised the achievement of cyclist Pello Bilbao, reiterating full support to Bahrain Victorious to continue achieving desired goals.
