A Bahraini student, Fatima Abdulnabi Mansour Al Said, came fourth in a speech competition held in Egypt.

Fatima, from Al Ahed Al Zahir Girls’ Secondary School also excelled in the rhetoric, poetic recitation and grammar components.

No stranger to accomplishments, Fatima won the public speaking competition in Bahrain.

“My talents vary between speech, public speaking and acting, and I began to practice them early,” she said.

“I benefited greatly from the activities and competitions held by the Ministry of Education, and the real breakthrough was in the intermediate school.”

She kept the pace in the secondary school thanks to support and encouragement from administrations, teachers and parents, she added.

“I have had the honor to host the annual ceremony of outstanding students at our school and at the school’s talent show. I aspire to invest further in my talent and I look forward to representing my beloved country in regional and international forums,” Fatima said.
