Bahrain : HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, Captain of the Royal Endurance Team, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, has improved his world ranking to fourth in the latest list released by the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI).
HH Shaikh Nasser also ranked first at the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) level in FEI Endurance Open Combination World Ranking.
HH Shaikh Nasser’s new achievement is the outcome of his recent victories at the Royal Windsor Horse Show, the Montalcino international endurance championship in Italy, the World Endurance Championship at Šamorín, Slovakia, and FEI World Endurance Championship for eight-year-old horses in Spain.
On the occasion, HH Shaikh asserted that his landmark achievement is the result of the unwavering support enjoyed by the equestrian sport from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
HH Shaikh Nasser indicated that HH’s achievements are the outcome of the well-throughout plan implemented by Royal Endurance Team since the beginning of European endurance season, adding that the team’s distinguished performance yielded outstanding results.
HH Shaikh Nasser affirmed that the landmark results attained during this season have entitled him to reach the fourth place globally and the first at the GCC level.
HH Shaikh Nasser added that the top ranking will be a catalyst for Bahraini riders to continue achieving the forecast goals.
