    Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa visits Tunisian President

    Algiers : Personal Representative of His Majesty the King, Shaikh Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, paid a visit today to Tunisian President Kais Saied, at his residence in the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.

    He conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to the Tunisian President and their best wishes to him of every success in serving Tunisia and its people.

    Both sides reviewed fraternal relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Tunisia and ways of bolstering them in various fields. They also exchanged views regarding the issues on the agenda of the Arab Summit which is due to kick off today. They underlined the importance to come up with resolutions and results that will further enhance pan-Arab work and enable the Arab countries to brave regional and international challenges.

    The meeting was attended by Foreign Minister Dr. Abdellatif bin Rashid Al Zayani and Bahraini Ambassador to Algeria Foued bin Sadiq Al Baharna.

    From the Tunisian side, it was attended by Minister of Foreign Affairs Othman Jerandi, Minister Counselor to the President, Mostafa Al-Ferjani, Tunisian Ambassador to Algeria Ramadhan Al-Fayedh, and Diplomatic Counselor Walid Al-Hajam.
