Manama : Al-Hala Club has won the karate championship, which was held amid festivities amid Bahrain National Days.
Bahrain Karate Federation organized the tournament at Bahrain Table Tennis Association Hall, under the patronage of Bahrain Martial Arts Council.
The contest was attended by Bahrain Karate Federation Chairman Fares Ghazi Al Gosaibi and other sports officials, in addition to representatives of participating teams.
Al-Hala Club clinched the championship, after bagging 3 gold medals, 1 silver and 2 bronze.
Saudi Al Nujoom Club came second, bagging 6 medals – 2 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze.
Muharraq Academy finished third after clinching 5 medals – 2 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze.
