    Jordan’s Prime Minister visits Economic Development Board

    Manama :  As part of his visit at the invitation of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Jordanian Prime Minister and Defence Minister Dr. Bisher Al-Khasawneh  today visited the Economic Development Board at Bahrain Bay.

    He was welcomed by the Deputy Prime Minister Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa and other ministers and senior officials.

    He welcomed Dr. Al-Khasawneh   and the accompanying delegation, hailing strong bilateral relations, supported by by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and and HM Majesty King Abdulla II ibn Al Hussein of Jordan.

    He noted steadily-growing relations and mutual keenness on expanding cooperation through the Joint High Committee, which would benefit both countries and peoples.

    Dr. Al-Khasawneh was briefed by the Minister of Finance and National Economy Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa about the Government’s work to enhance Bahrain’s economic performance under the recovery plan.

    During the visit, the two sides reviewed promising opportunities in   Bahrain offered and ways to enhance investment between the Kingdom of Bahrain and global markets, which contributed to attracting direct investments to the Kingdom, with the aim of creating more quality opportunities for citizens
