Dubai : HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, has expressed delight at the success of Victorious-owned horse, “Rb Rich Lyke Me”, in winning the first round of the Al-Maktoum Challenge, within the Dubai World Cup Carnival.
HH Shaikh Nasser affirmed that the Dubai World Cup Carnival is among major international championships, attracting the best jockeys and horses from all over the world.
HH Shaikh Nasser asserted that the victory confirms that Bahrain’s equestrian sport is on the right track, with jockeys attaining landmark results at external gatherings.
HH Shaikh Nasser paid tribute to Fawzi Nass for preparing the horse for the race, and Dutch jockey, Adrie de Vries for leading it to victory, affirming that the achievements of “Victorious” at international gatherings will continue.
