Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister received a cable of congratulations from Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the government team in the Parliamentary Committee meetings concerned with studying the Government Program, HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa, on the approval of the 2023-2026 Government Program from Parliament.
HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla expressed pride in having been assigned by His Royal Highness to head the government team.
HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla highlighted that the Council of Representatives’ approval of the government program is a historic day in government work, and in the development of Bahrain’s democratic approach.
HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla noted that the approval came to achieve the goals of the Kingdom’s comprehensive development led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, which will enable the government to achieve the main goal of moving from a recovery stage to a stage of sustainable growth.
HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla noted that His Royal Highness’ directives were a beacon and a road map that guided the government to work in complete flexibility with the legislative branch.
This contributed to the government’s rapid response to all views and inquiries submitted by the Committee, regarding the Government Program study.
HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla urged for serious, sincere and diligent work, and to take inspiration from His Royal Highness’ approach of turning challenges into opportunities for achievements.
HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla stressed that the agreed upon priorities, axes, policies and initiatives must be implemented within the Government Program that will benefit the Kingdom and its citizens.
