Manama : His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today issued Edict (4) of 2023, designating the Minister of Municipalities and Agriculture Affairs as the minister responsible for the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) before the Legislative Authority, following the approval of the Cabinet.
Edict (68) of 2021 on naming the minister responsible for RERA prior the legislature was abrogated.
The Minister of Municipalities and Agriculture Affairs and the relevant authorities, each in their capacity, shall implement the provisions of this edict, which takes effect immediately, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
