His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier, has deputised Chairman of the High Authority of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club Shaikh Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa to attend HRH the Crown Prince’s Horse Racing Cup festival which was held today on the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club’s track, in Sakhir.
The festival was also attended by Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, National Security Advisor and Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sport (SCYS) His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy Chairman of the High Authority of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Environment Shaikh Faisal bin Rashid Al Khalifa. 
Present at the race festival were also Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid bin Isa Al Khalifa, Shaikh Hamad bin Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa, Shaikh Sultan Eddine bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa, Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Shaikh Khalid bin Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa, President of the Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF) Shaikh Isa bin Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa, Shaikh Nader bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa, Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa, Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid bin Isa Al Khalifa, Shaikh Salman bin Rashid bin Isa Al Khalifa, Shaikh Isa bin Rashid bin Isa Al Khalifa, Shaikh Ibrahim bin Rashid bin Isa Al Khalifa, officials, members of the diplomatic corps and horse racing fans.
The Deputy patron of the ceremony Shaikh Abdullah bin Isa Al Khalifa crowned the winners of the races. The trophies included the Crown Prince’s Cup for Arabian Horses, the Crown Prince’s Cup for Imported Horses and the Bahrain Oaks Cup which were presented to HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa. He also presented the High Authority Cup to Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Accredited Cup to Shaikh Sultan Eddine bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince’s Cup for Local Produce and Bahrain Derby Cup to Fawzi Nass.
