The Kuwait Health Ministry announced, on Saturday, the recovery of 156 people from the coronavirus (COVID-19). This brings the tally to 2,622. The recovered will be transferred to the hospital recuperation ward, pending their discharge within the next few days, the ministry said. Kuwait has also imposed a “full curfew” from Sunday which will last till May 30, to limit the spread of the virus as total cases reached 7,208. 47 people have died according to the latest report.

Kuwait will enact a “full curfew” from 4 pm (13:00 GMT) on Sunday. The curfew will last till May 30 to help curb the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). Official government spokesperson Tareq Al-Mizrem said on Twitter.

The Ministry of Health announced the recovery of 27 additional cases of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
