Manama : The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) today launched the Labour Registration Program, which will start on 04 December 2022.  The new programme will correct workers’ legal status following the LMRA’s previously announced set of new labour market reforms that have replaced Flexi Permits.  The LMRA affirmed that the programme is being launched in cooperation with the private sector and will streamline the process of registering for an occupation. Moscow : About 1,700 seals have been found dead on the Caspian Sea coast in southern Russia, officials said Sunday. The authorities in the Russian province of Dagestan said that it’s still unclear what caused the animals’ deaths, but they likely died of natural reasons, reports AP. Manama : Labour Minister Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan issued an edict reforming the joint commission in charge of following up on the implementation of the law on insurance against unemployment. The Kremlin on Friday said its Ukraine offensive will press ahead and that terms set out by US President Joe Biden for talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin made any meeting difficult.
