Tesla founder Elon Musk is moving forward with his original offer of buying Twitter for the price of $54.20 a share, a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday showed. The proposed deal, first reported by Bloomberg News, matches the original offer price Mr Musk made to the San Francisco-based microblogging platform in April. “We received the letter from the Musk parties which they have filed with the SEC. Port-Au-Prince : Haiti on Sunday said at least seven people have died of cholera in a surprise return of the disease. The disease killed some 10,000 people through a 2010 outbreak that has been blamed on a United Nations peacekeeping force.
