Lucknow : The Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (UPSTF) has arrested the mastermind of a gang involved in cheating hundreds of people on the pretext of providing them jobs in the state secretariat, according to an official statement issued on Sunday. The STF said the mastermind, Dilip Rai Balwani, was arrested on Saturday night in the Vibhuti Khand police station area. India : The Punjab Police today recovered an explosive device packed with around 1.5 kg of RDX. Police arrested two men in a village in Tarn Taran district. The IED, packed in metal box weighing over 2.5 kg, was also equipped with timer, detonator, battery and shrapnel.
