Bahrain : The Ministry of Labour and Social Development Ministry is stepping up efforts to ensure commitment to precautionary measures against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) at different work sites and labour camps countrywide. The Inspection and Professional Safety Directorate is conducting the four-week drive to encourage workers to take the booster shots that protect them against the pandemic and its variants. London : The people in South Africa who have caught the Omicron strain of Covid-19 have not become seriously ill, according to the country’s medical association (SAMA).
