MOSCOW  : Russian officials on Tuesday rejected accusations that they endangered astronauts aboard the International Space Station by conducting a weapons test that created more than 1,500 pieces of space junk. U.S. officials on Monday accused Russia of destroying an old satellite with a missile in what they called a reckless and irresponsible strike. Manama: His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today issued Royal Decree 113 of 2021, appointing Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa as Undersecretary for Nationality, Passports, and Residence at the Interior Ministry. The Interior Minister shall implement the decree, which takes immediate effect, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
