Bahrain : Copper tube manufacturer Mueller Middle East (MME) has exceeded $100 million in global exports from its base in Bahrain and is targeting $1 billion of exports over the next five years. About 40% of MME’s global exports over the last year were to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the UAE, followed by Egypt and Jordan, the company revealed in a statement. October was slightly warmer than normal in temperatures and above-average wind speed, the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications’ Meteorological Directorate said. The mean temperature of the month was 30.6°C which is 0.7°C above the long-term normal for October and this goes on record as the seventh-highest mean temperature for October since 1902, the ministry reported in their monthly weather summary.
