Dubai is to host the inaugural Mena IPO Summit on Monday that will bring regional and international industry experts and issuers together, as initial public offerings pick up pace in UAE. A new search of US President Joe Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware by the Justice Department has uncovered six more items, including documents with classification markings. Some of the classified documents and “surrounding materials” dated from Mr Biden’s tenure in the US Senate, where he represented Delaware from 1973 to 2009, according to his lawyer, Bob Bauer. India has blocked the airing of a BBC documentary that questioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership during the 2002 Gujarat riots, including the sharing of clips on social media. The government has invoked emergency powers available under information technology rules, adviser Kanchan Gupta said on Twitter on Saturday. While the BBC has not aired the documentary in India, the video was available on some YouTube channels, Mr Gupta said. LIMA : Dozens of Peruvians were injured after tensions flared again on Friday night as police clashed with protesters in anti-government demonstrations that are spreading across the country. WASHINGTON : Amazon.com Inc’s (AMZN.O) cloud services division said Friday it plans to invest another $35 billion by 2040 to expand data centers in Virginia. Amazon Web Services (AWS) said the new investment will create 1,000 jobs. Virginia Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin said AWS will establish multiple data center campuses across Virginia. In 2021, AWS said from 2011 to 2020 it had invested $35 billion in data centers located in northern Virginia and had 3,500 full time employees at its data centers in the state. Seoul : About 500 people were evacuated from homes Friday morning as a fire raged through the last remaining shanty village in Seoul and destroyed at least 60 homes.
