Belgrade : At least 51 people were poisoned when a train derailed in southeastern Serbia, releasing ammonia into the air. Serbia’s Interior Ministry said the ammonia was released from a wagon of the derailed freight train in the city of Pirot. KABUL:  Three major international aid groups on Sunday suspended their operations in Afghanistan following a decision by the country’s Taliban rulers to ban women from working at non-governmental organizations.
