Dubai : Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA)’s President Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa participated in the launch of Global Tolerance Alliance at the Italian Pavilion at Expo 2020, coinciding with the International Day for Tolerance.
“On the International Day for Tolerance, we affirm our common values and cultural differences that enrich our civilizations and human achievements and we are pleased to attend the launch of the Global Tolerance Alliance,” BACA President said.
“Bahrain is working with various countries to promote peace and global coexistence as embodiment of the vision of the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in supporting all international projects aimed at achieving world peace and security,” she added.
This initiative is part of the activities organized by UAE Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence as part of the National Festival of Tolerance at Expo 2020 Dubai, coincinding with the Tolerance and Inclusivity Week.
