The Bahrain Ministry of Health announced 164 new COVID-19 cases, of which 130 are among expatriate workers and 34 are contacts of active cases.
3 new COVID-19 recoveries have been reported, according to MOH.
Bahrain tested a total of 222,542 until now. There are 3,932 active cases. These include 3,928 stable cases and 6 critical cases. 2,640 people have been discharged. Only 10 deaths have been reported until now. This takes the total cases in Bahrain to 6,582.
The Ministry of Health announces on Wednesday the death of a 60-year-old female Bahraini national, a registered active case of coronavirus (COVID-19) suffering from underlying and chronic health problems.
