Bahrain has announced the death of a 64-year-old male citizen from coronavirus.
The total deaths have soared to 48.
The MOH expressed its condolences to the family of the deceased.
The total cases have driven to 19,553 of which 13,866 have recovered, which means that over 70 percent of the confirmed cases have recovered from the virus. Currently, there are 5,639 active cases.
Also, there are 133 COVID-19 cases receiving treatment, of which 26 are in a critical condition.
So far the country has conducted 438,080 tests, which is among the highest when looking at the country’s population.
Expatriates are having the highest RO (R-Naught) in the country.
