    Bahrain reports 36 new COVID-19 cases, taking today’s toll to 285

    The Bahrain Ministry of Health announced 36 new active cases, taking today’s toll to 285.

    20 of the new cases announced are among expatriate workers, 13 are contacts of active cases, and 3 are travel related.

    The MOH also registered 10 new COVID-19 recoveries.

    Bahrain tested a total of 205,570 until now. There are 3,601 active cases. These include 3,595 stable cases and 6 critical cases. 2,205 people have been discharged. Only 10 deaths have been reported until now. This takes the total cases in Bahrain to 5,816.

    The Ministry of Health announces the death of a 60-year-old female Bahraini national, a registered active case of coronavirus (COVID-19) suffering from underlying and chronic health problems.
