Two Bahraini students attending a US-based university miserably failed in their attempts to invade the football pitch and take selfies with Swedish soccer superstar Zlatan Ibrahimovic. Zlatan is the third-most decorated active footballer in the world, having won 31 trophies in his career.
The pair, identified as Yousif Shabib (19) and Sayed Alawi (20), raced towards the 38-year-old star player after the game between LA Galaxy and Colorado but were stopped by security staff. The video of their failed attempt has gone viral across social media networks and leading news websites.
