Bahrain Chamber for Commerce and Industry (BCCI)’s election was held in the presence of all members of the election committee, the representatives from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Tourism, and observers from Bahrain Transparency Society.
The election for the 30th Board of Directors of the Bahrain Chamber started Saturday from 8 am until 10 pm.
The election Committee headed by Adel Al Maskati announced the winning of the following candidates of board membership:

2. Yousif Salahuddin Ebrahim Salahuddin
3. Waleed Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo
4. Mohammed Abduljabbar Mahmood Al Kooheji
5. Mohammed Farooq Yousif Al Moayyed
6. Bassim Mohammed Ahmed Al Saie
7. Khalid Mohammed Yousif Najibi
8. Abdulla Adel Abdulla Fakhroo
9. Aref Ahmed Ali Hejris
10. Ahmed Subbah Salman Al Saloom
11. Nawaf Khalid Rashid Al Zayani
12. Abdulwahab Yousif Abdulwahab Al Hawaj
13. Jameel Yousif Ahmed Al Ghannah
14. Waheeb Ahmed Mohammed Al Khaja
15. Sonia Mohammed Mohammed Janahi

Yaqoob Yousif Abdulla Al Awadhi, and Faisal Abdulatif Sulaiman Nasser.
Al Maskati revealed that the total number of members with the right to vote is 32,736 holding 289,670 votes. While 1,346 members participated, with 87,620 votes.
He reaffirmed the committment of the Election Committee to all laws and regulations to ensure a just and transparent election process that meets the aspirations of the business community.
The committee’s head wished the newly elected Board of Directors of the Bahrain Chamber every success, and all the best to the rest of the candidates, and extended his thanks to the Election Committee, the volunteers, and Bahrain Chamber’s staff, who participated in organizing and carrying out a successful election.
