    BREEF, Princess Alia Foundation sign cooperation agreement in autism field

    Bahrain :  HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, and Honorary President of Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF), has blessed the agreement signed between the Federation and Princess Alia Foundation in Jordan which aims at establishing cooperation in the humanitarian field and rehabilitating autistic children.

    This came on the occasion of the agreement signed between BREEF and the Princess Alia Foundation of Jordan.  Commenting on this occasion, HH Shaikh Nasser affirmed that the agreement is in line with the directives of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and HM King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, stating that it also cements the links between the two brotherly countries.

    He further explained that Bahrain is prospering in the humanitarian field as well as sports in order to bolster the effective methods in helping autistic children by utilising equestrian sports after the Kingdom’s many successes in this regard. HH pointed out the agreement with Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination.

    HH Shaikh Nasser pointed out that the new agreement with Princess Alia Foundation embodies the fruitful relationship between BREEF and the foundation in the social and humanitarian fields.

    It’s worth noting that the agreement was signed by HH Shaikh Isa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, President of BREEF and HRH Princess Alia Al Hussein, President of the foundation, in the presence of Ghalib Al Alawi, Secretary of BREEF, Dr Khalid Ahmed Hassan, Secretary Assistant of BREEF and  Mr.Tawfiq Al Salehi, Head of the Public Relations and Media Committee at BREEF. The agreement was followed-up by Mr. Abdullah Al Humaidan, Secretary-General of Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination and Mr. Haider Al Zuabi, Managing Director of BREEF.

    Isa bin Abdullah: Agreement is a Humanitarian Duty

    For his part, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Works and Youth Affairs, and Honorary President of Bahrain Royal Equestrian and Endurance Federation (BREEF), delivered a speech on this occasion in which he conveyed the greetings and appreciation of HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, stressing that this agreement is an embodiment of His Highness’s directives to cooperate with various institutions in the field of rehabilitating autistic children.

    “There is no doubt that BREEF possesses great experiences and aspirations in the field of developing goals aimed at rehabilitating autistic children after we had many fruitful experiences from signing an agreement with the Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination in the UAE.”

    Princess Alia: Win-Win Situation

    For her part, HRH Princess Alia Al Hussein praised the outstanding efforts made by HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and BREEF, noting that the foundation is proud of this constructive cooperation that will have a significant impact on the societies in both brotherly countries.

    Her Royal Highness explained that the agreement is a win-win for both parties, especially that both of them have extensive experience in this aspect, which will contribute to achieving the desired goals.
