Civil Defence participates in forum

Manama: The General Directorate of Civil Defence has participated as a strategic partner in the fifth Bahrain Health, Safety and Environment Forum 2019, through presenting lectures on dealing with dangerous substances, rescue and evacuations and high-rise buildings-related accidents. The department was also involved in an evacuation exercise in the side-line of the event. The Director-General of the Civil Defence highlighted the importance to participate in such an event to meet the directives of His Excellency Interior Minister to promote security and safety standards.
