    Coronavirus: Bahrain reports 59 new cases, today’s toll at 327

    Bahrain has reported 59 new COVID-19 cases, among 42 expatriate workers and 17 contacts of active cases, this takes today’s total cases to 327.

    These newly registered cases bring up the total cases in the kingdom to 9,692 and there are 4,525 active cases of which 10 are critical and the rest stable, according to the Ministry of Health. 

    There are currently 29 COVID-19 cases receiving treatment.

    MOH also reported 10 new recoveries from COVID-19, taking today’s recoveries to 214. This brings the total recoveries in the country to 5,152.

    Bahrain has so far conducted 291,127 COVID-19 tests for the early detection of the virus.

    So far Bahrain has reported 15 fatalities due to health complications.
