    Coronavirus: Bahrain reports 82 new cases, today’s toll at 446

    Bahrain has reported its third-highest daily cases, after reporting 82 new cases of coronavirus cases among 37 expatriate workers and 43 contacts of active cases and 2 are travel-related, taking today’s cases to 446.

    By today’s cases, the country surpassed 12,000 confirmed cases.

    Meanwhile, 10 additional recoveries from COVID-19 was reported, taking today’s recoveries to 337.

    The newly registered cases bring the total cases to 12,311 of which 7,407 have recovered making over 60 percent of the confirmed cases to recover from the virus. Currently, there are 4,885 active cases.

    There are currently 48 COVID-19 cases receiving treatment, of which 10 are in a critical condition.

    No new death was reported in the kingdom, keeping the fatalities toll to 19.

    So far 330,733 tests have been conducted.
