Coronavirus: Oman announces 40th death

The Omani MOH has announced the death of a 51-year-old Omani citizen with coronavirus (COVID-19), raising the total number of COVID-19 deaths registered in the Sultanate to 40.

The MOH extended its deepest condolences to the family of the deceased.

Oman has reported 8,373 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 2,177 recoveries, according to the MOH.
