    COVID-19: Webinar to focus on physical health & wellbeing

    Scores of people are expected to participate in a free webinar titled ‘Elevating mental, physical health and wellbeing in coping with COVID-19′. Organised by The Nine Training Center, professionals such as psychologists, life coaches and counsellors will be speaking during the webinar.

    The Webinar is set to take place on 5th May (Tuesday) from 11 am to 1 pm. The session will be addressed by prominent personalities from the field; Mental Health Consultant H.H Sayyida Basma Al Said from Oman, Psychologist Arti Razdan from India, Motivational Speaker Kamlesh Jain from Nigeria and Wellness coach Ahmed Al Nooh from Bahrain.

    The webinar aims to shed light on a variety of pressing topics such as being mindful in difficult times. Other key points include overcoming stress, anxiety and depression in the times of corona and its aftermath.

    Experts will give insights into neuro-linguistic programming – turning fear into strength with yoga and meditation. A session on working out, fitness and wellness from home will also be conducted.
